Recruiting Process
STEP1Application form receivedThe application form is filled out and submitted by candidates following a recruitment announcement.
STEP2Application reviewThe credentials and qualifications of each candidate against the job profile are reviewed.
STEP3In-person interview /AI interviewThe in-person interview is conducted to evaluate the work competency and personality of each candidate. AI interviews are conducted with candidates responding to the questions posed by AI. AI interviews are used to evaluate the candidate's work capability, creativity and agility.
STEP4Personality testA personality test is conducted to evaluate the work competency and personality of the candidate.
STEP5Interview with executivesAn interview with executives takes place to evaluate the candidate’s work competency and personality.
STEP6Announcement of final resultsSangsangin announces the candidates who have made it through the screening and are invited to join the company.
